By using the OrbitFX platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use OrbitFX services.
• You represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where digital asset trading is prohibited.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• OrbitFX will never request your password or 2FA codes via email or chat.
• You agree to notify OrbitFX immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

• Digital asset trading carries high risk, including the potential loss of all capital.
• Prices can fluctuate significantly and OrbitFX does not guarantee any profit.
• You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All deposits must originate from wallets owned by you.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification, security review, and applicable limits.
• OrbitFX reserves the right to delay or reject transactions suspected of fraud or AML violations.

5. Compliance and Verification (KYC/AML)

• You must complete KYC verification before accessing certain services or withdrawal limits.
• OrbitFX complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Service Modifications

• OrbitFX may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• OrbitFX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
• OrbitFX provides its platform on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

• OrbitFX reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support, provided there are no pending obligations.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the United Kingdom where applicable.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of OrbitFX’s registered offices.

10. Amendments

• OrbitFX may amend these Terms periodically.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
